Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus (and sometimes deposit) before any winings become withdrawable. A 15x wagering requirement means you need to place total bets equal to 15× the bonus amount. Lower is always better for players.
Example: Claim a RM100 bonus with15x wagering → you must bet RM1,500 total before cashing out bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When using bonus funds, casinos typically cap your bet size per round — usually between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this limit may void your bonus balance entirely, even if you've completed the wagering requirement.
Example: If the max bet cap is RM300during bonus play, placing a RM400 single bet could forfeit your bonus balance.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all game types count equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat or blackjack may only contribute 10–20%. Some games may be excluded entirely.
Example: RM100 on slots = RM100 toward rollover. RM100 on live blackjack at 15% contribution = only RM15 toward rollover.
Bonus Expiry Window
All bonuses come with an expiry period — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim. If you haven't cleared the wagering requirement within that window, the bonus and any derived winnings are forfeited.
Example: A 7-day expiry bonus claimed on Monday must be fully rolled over by the following Sunday night.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winings generated from it can be cashed out once wagering is complete. A non-sticky (cashable) bonus can be withdrawn along with winings once requirements are met. Always check which type applies.
Example: Sticky bonus of RM100 + winings of RM150 after rollover → you can withdraw RM150, not RM250.
Maximum Cash-out (Win Cap)
Some bonuses cap the maximum amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This protects the casino from outsized liabilities on free or low-deposit promotions. The cap is usually expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x the bonus) or a fixed MYR amount.
Example: A RM50 no-deposit bonus with a 3x win cap → maximum withdrawable from that bonus: RM150, regardless of actual winnings.
