5.4 KYC Verification. Flay99 conducts identity verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. 5.5 One Account Policy. Each individual Player is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on the Flay99 Platform. 6.2 Currency. All transactions on the Flay99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to MYR transactions. Players depositing in other currencies, where applicable, are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the Flay99 Platform is RM30 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular promotion. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be processed.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first-time processing. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the stated processing times for each payment method. 6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Flay99 reserves the right to require that each deposit be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal approval, irrespective of any active bonus. 7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. As a general guide: video slots contribute 100%, live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute between 10% and 20%, and some game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions. 7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period. 10.2 Balances Upon Termination. Where an Account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, Flay99 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including any real-money funds, where those funds are the direct proceeds of fraudulent or abusive activity. In all other cases of Account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method following the completion of any applicable KYC review.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Flay99 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and the processing of any outstanding withdrawal requests.
